It's sounds like the more mad you get the more she thrives on it. Sometimes not aying a word means a lot more than talking.

If she bites, remove her and put her in a chair, don't say a word and no eye contact. Do this with EVERYTHING naughty she does. It's ok for her to want to play outside, it's good for them.

Maybe you can do some neat crafts with her inside. My daughters LOVE to paint. Get her painting or finger painting, coloring, doing art projects, etc..... Maybe just spending some time with her will help. Does she have other siblings?

Unfortunately 4 is a tough age. But for her to say horrible things is odd. Have you started her in preschool? There is structure, she can play, make new friends, and learn how to socialize the correct way.
