No. Healthy diet and exercise are the only way to reduce the pregnancy weight and tighten up the mummy tummy. Also, remember that your tummy will probably never be as tight as it was before because unless you are very young, the skin had to stretch beyond its elasticity to accommodate the growing baby inside. You can get it flat again, and it will be very beautiful, but the ab muscles will never be quite as defined and hard as they were before.

I've got my pre-baby body shape back after reducing all pregnancy weight within a few weeks. What I used for it? It's very simple and safe. Mummy magic weight loss tea was the product I used for a couple of months and shed all pregnancy weight and belly bulge.

Check with the doc first to make sure you do not have Diastasis Recti. This is a separation of the abdominal muscles during and after pregnancy and can often cause a very obvious pooch. If you have it, certain abdominal exercises will actually make the pooch worse. Also, there are different exercises to do to help repair it that will not help you if you do not have it. It is nothing serious, you just don't want to spend a year doing the wrong exercises.

Because it is not very common, I'm going to assume you do not have it, but do please check with your doctor before continuing with new workouts.

Crunches will tighten the muscles around your core, which will help give a flatter appearance.
To target the front, just lift straight toward your knees. To target the sides, which will sort of bring in your waist and give you a more slender appearance, reach your right shoulder toward your left knee, then your left shoulder toward your right knee.
Planking will also help target your core, and perfect your posture if you are slouching--slouching can cause a pooch too.

Before it is flat, you have to burn off a lot of the fat that lays on top of the muscles, Building muscles will make the fat burn faster, but you can't see them if they are hidden under a layer of fat.

Also, it could just be extra, stretched out skin. Did you get a lot of stretch marks? If so, it could very well just be stretched and there really isn't much you can do about that on your own, but there are some really good, very simple and affordable options to get rid of it now.
