Hi I have a 2 week old baby girl. She is fully breastfed but I endlessly struggle to break her winds and she eventually throws up if she can't get it out. She therefore also sleeps restlessly and I end up not sleeping too. Is there any suggestions on what to use or do to make her break her winds easier?

Thnx Bethany I'm from South Africa and I know of gripe water, will definitely give it a try. I'm sure with time it will get easier :) I also spend up 2an hour or so trying to burp her.

My daughter was exactly the same I'm from England so not sure if what I used will have the same name but infacol and gripe water, also lie her on her left hand side also helps to relieve the wind, it used to take us up to an hour to wind her properly, she's now 21 weeks and has no problem with wind
