My son could only wear pampers, all other brands made him have a rash. We used Oxyplastin cream for rashes, worked great! We also only used wipes for sensitive skin without fragrance.

My advice is that using a wet cloth (warm water) to clean your baby in the next couple days, meanwhile supply diaper rash cream. always use fragrance and alcohol free for sensitive skin wipes; change diapers frequently; try to change to a different brand diaper, my son had problem with huggies, and terrible reaction with "parents choice," we stayed with pampers.

I am not sure if their is a way to tell if it is a reaction to the wipes, or just a bad diaper rash. But either way it's probably very sore. My kids all went through this as well. I switched to wipes for sensitive skin (fragrance free), that won't burn the skin when it is so irritated. Also I used penaten cream on their bums every time i changed them, which was often when they have a bad rash. This cream works amazingly and always cleared up the area quite quickly.
