Working mom

I'm a married mom to a 21 month old boy. I work full-time & commute. I work days & my husband works nites. I recently decided to get healthy as well & workout daily. The think is I literally don't have 2 extra seconds in the day. Does anyone else struggle with this?

Hi heather, have you thought about doing your workouts with your kiddo? Using him as extra weight? Doing yoga aide by side with him? Going for a run/walk?
I will walk to the park with my daughter and while she plays, I will do lunges, squats, push ups, etc.
She loves sitting on my shoulders while I do squats and laying on my back while I do push ups.

I sometimes will skip a workout because I will play with her at the park instead. Running around after a tot is a workout by it self!

Congrats on making the decision to get healthy. Keep in mind that you are modeling what it is to be an adult, so include your little in your workouts. He will grow up wanting to be as healthy as you!
