Working Mother of 4 - Needs to work full-time - how will I manage this?

I am a working mother of 4 children ages 5-15. I work part-time right now (9-1pm) which works great so I can be home before the kids and also get some chores done. Unfortunately, with this economy etc., my husband and I are struggling to pay our bills and are falling behind more and more. It looks like I will probably have to get a full-time job but not sure how I can manage that with having 4 school age kids. Any mom's out there in this scenario who may have some advice, tips etc on how they work full time and can still be a "mommy". HELP!!!!

You are actually lucky because you have an older child who can be home with the others after school, which will save you on babysitting fees. I would pay the 15 year old a small amount weekly to look after the other children and set out a list of chores you want them to get done each day. Have some sort of reward system so that they will want to help. As far as dinners and such go the crockpot is about to become your best friend, there are so many meals out there that can be started or completely cooked in a slow cooker. I put something on in the morning and when I get home voila dinner is made. It really is doable you just have to sit down and make a plan enlist your children for help and away you go.
