Worried about my parents relationship

My parents been married for 32 years and my mom has always been a house wife. Lately my mom has been feeling like no one appreciates her and like my dad does everything wrong. She's in her 50s and I don't know if its menopause or if she needs attention. I don't know how to help her. My sister, brother & I still live at home but we all work & help pay the mortgage along with my dad. I want my parents to have a more fulfilling relationship but I don't know how to help them. I'll take any advice! She also always wants to seem strong and hates talking about her feelings. My sister works & my mom has to taker care of her two children & my nephew age 15 who my mom raised is a trouble teenager. I sometime feel we need to leave my parents alone but my dad is a workaholic & is not the type to notice my moms work around the house. My pastor wants me to talk to them but I don't know how. .

Then if the pastor believes intervention is necessary ask him to confront the situation with you
