Only one thing to do love, find the motivation to make that time for your self and get back to the bod you are happy to show off.. Motivation is the key word, turn your depression into anger and push through, one day at a time, exercise, cut out sugar and you'll be surprised how fast you get your self esteem back. Hope this helps.. from someone who went from the same thing!

I would be telling your husband that if he can't say anything nice then don't say anything at all. He's the one that should be supporting you, not putting you down.
I agree with Cora though, start by cutting out sugar and the unhealthy snacks. Make sure you go for fruit or vege's if you want something to snack on. Get out and walk as well. Make sure you walk fast to get your heart rate up.
