Hi jodi thank you for your advise all my doubts and worries have been cleared.its my very first baby girl shes my everything and i dnt wana do something that i will regret later.i will take your advise and wait for her to decide when shes old enough.only want whats best for her.thank you so much

Not walking yet is pretty normal - many babies don't walk until after they are 1. If she is still not walking at 18 months, then it is time to be concerned.
With regard to the pierced ears, I'd wait until she is old enough to decide for herself if she wants them. Ear piercings leave permanent scars, so it's really a choice she should make. My daughter is 11 and still doesn't have hers done, although she has recently indicated she'd like them, so it will be a gift for her at some point. I didn't get mine done until I was about 8. The only reason for piercing the ears of a baby is for your benefit not hers.
