What information would like to know when deciding if you want to make your baby's baby food in your own home? What questions would you would want answered?

I am writing a book on the benefits of making homemade baby food, I want to inform mothers of all the benefits of having fresh food for your child.

I will give a free copy to anyone that asks a good question(s) that help make the book better.

Thank you for your help! :)

I made home made baby food for my 1st and planning with my 2nd and when the day care babies were still on baby food I just made mine instead of parents bring jars. I guess the most important thing is that it really doesn't take any extra time that people are lead to believe, I just made his food along with ours just without the spices. It worked great. If we were having chicken and rice he would have chicken and rice, I just added water to blend it to the puree or lumpy depend on his stage, I really don't like the idea that jar food have a life spans of 3 years, my son not an astronaut yet so he should really be eating earth food for now.
