I'm only 18 and my partner is 20, we're both still young. I really don't want our relationship to go into ruins when baby joins the family. How do I keep my relationship going strong while dealing with the stress and joys of having a new baby in the mix? =/

First off congratulations on your bundle on the way :-) Yes babies can put strain on a relationship seeing as they take a tremendous amount of time and care. But please do not feel guilty for putting your relationship first. A healthy relationship between mommy and daddy is key in raising a happy child. So although it may take extra effort on your part, make special time for your partner. You'd be surprised with how much 15 minutes of quality time a day can actually spruce up a relationship. Try to keep intimacy alive through even the smallest of actions like holding hands on the couch or remembering to kiss him goodnight. And don't be afraid to ask for help so that you can actually have genuine alone time with your partner. Becoming a first time mom is exhilarating and it is very normal to want to do everything yourself and by yourself. But asking for help with the baby so you can have a night out with your partner is more than necessary. I hope this helps ;-) Good luck !
