Young mom my fiancé is acting wrong

I'm 21 and 5 and half month pregnant, my fiancé and I have been together for more than 3 years and we spent some month apart since I'm not from the us. When I got pregnant he was so happy and ask me to stay but I had no right to stay in the us longer since we weren't married yet so I return to my country to have my insurance cover the birth expenses in the us unfortunately this can't happen so I have to stay in Europe to give birth so I can make sure my baby will be able to get the best care. Also my fiancé lives with his mom and dad and share a room with his son so there is no space for me and my baby. He hold it against me and keep saying that I left him and took his son away when I didn't have choices. Now im in Europe and he is cheating and spending all his money on Vegas trips instead of helping me and saving to be here for the birth. I'm lost and I tried my best to be mature and to let him be in his son's life but it doesn't care about much. Yesterday I went to the emergency and he was in Vegas I let him know what happen and he respond : if you aren't giving birth don't even worry me for nothing. I need some advice.

I agree with Jodi. Speak to a lawyer that knows international family law.
I also think you need to make a decision over your relationship. To me, it sounds like he's not ready to step up and be a responsible partner to you.

I'm not sure what country you are in, but there is the possibility they are a signatory to the Hague Convention, which means you can set up child support recovery and visitation arrangements. Ultimately, it was irresponsible of the two of you to get pregnant given your circumstances, but shit happens and that ship already sailed. You now need to deal with this manchild who clearly is not ready for this particular journey. Now, your best option is to talk to an international family lawyer (that is a family lawyer who understands international family law).
