13 Month old tantrums

I have a dear sweet little boy. He is 13 months old, just started walking and is really asserting his independence. (0 perscent of the time he is very laid back and even tempered. The problem lies in diaper changes and clothing, both dressing and undressing. He has decided he wants NOTHING to do with diaper changes. Every time I change his diaper or try to dress him he throws a FULL BLOWN fit, arms and legs flailing, screaming and throwing his body up and down making it almost impossible. Anyone else having this problem? What have you done to make it easier on both of you? TIA!!

o yeah... that is happen to my boy too. what I usually do is keep him busy with something while I changing his clothes or diaper.
