Well it took me 4 weeks to name my son we finally decided on Garret. One day as I was visiting my mom, my nephew came over also and he said auntie you should dress him in yellow and black , I said why is that . He said he is like a no name brand .....lol. We laughed then I went home and told my husband we have to find a name for him.

I have a Gavin and an Aiden, so I obviously love those names. Others we considered were Christian, Braxton, Carson, Dane, Drake, Isaac, and Brendan.

My husband and I had a hard time finding names we could both agree on as well. We eventually settled on Jason Nathaniel although we call him Nate for everyday use. There are tons of baby name sites but I also found that I checked out tv show or movie credits as well.

I really like the name: Jonathan Nathaniel (both names mean, "gift from God"). I always believe children are a gift from God. So, when I had my son, I wanted to name him Jonathan. Partially, after my older brother that passed away a year after he was born and I have always loved the name Jonathan. I hope you like my suggestion!

Your son's name should have some meaning. My son's name is Giovanni. We named him that because it is the Italian version of John, and his Uncle John is his godfather! Then we used my husband's name Bruce for his middle name! I looked at over a thousand names before we finally picked that! Good Luck with the name picking!

It's hard picking a name. My son is gifted with 2 first names. From my farther(Joseph), our friend(Micheal) and my husband's middle(Kemper). So you can tell we had a hard time choosing our name. We incorperated every part of our family and life to his name. He goes by Mike or Micheal. Maybe look to your family roots for that special name. We do not regret the names we choose for him, they fit his personality.

The best place to start is with in the family. Since i don't know this about you I will suggest some names I would use, James, William, Michael, and David. Also if their is a family name that could be used. My maiden name is Matlock, I was going to use this for a middle name for my son but we changed our minds. Good luck.
