My sons name is Peyton Michael. If my daughter would have been a boy I was going to name her Ethan Nathaneal. Named her Raegan Autumne instead. My cousins sons name is Caden, but I like it spelled better Cayden, or with a K. I had 3 boys in daycare named Lyndon, Hunter, and Keenan. I also like Isaiah, Josiah, Micah, and I like names that are wierd like Jet, Diesel, Stone. Like the people before me wrote. I like names that arent around much, or no one that I know has the name. Good luck and let us know what you pick!!!

How about Seth, Jeremiah, or Jonah? I love those lesser-used biblical names.

i love seth, it was going to be my 3rd's name if she was a boy, and i have a friend who has a son named jeremiah, love it. I also like thomas its cute for a boy and can be shortened to tom as he grow's.

Hi Kerri, I had a problem naming my last child too, I liked Cole but I didn't want that for his first name. I would hear the name Tristian on the TV but it was a female, and then low and behold a leading man in the movies was named Tristian!  I didn't know anyone named Tristian or for that matter I have never heard the name. Now my two year old is Tristian Cole A. He fit his name perfectly. GoodLuck!

oh my, you have a lot to choose from and your babe is probably named by now, but my favorite is Luke. I used Jake and Andrew (one casual and one formal) for my 2 boys.

My husband and I could not decide on what to name our son. I really like Aaron and he like Nathaniel (a.k.a Nate). So we decided to name him...Nathaniel Aaron.

Quoting Michele:

Hopefully you've come up with one, but if not, I have always like Aiden (or spelled Aaden) and Keegan. My little boy's name is Logan which I love, and I don't hear it too often. Check out some baby name websites. They have tons of names to choose from.

I was going to suggest Aiden-the meaning is "little fiery one" which I've always liked for a little boy.

I quoted this response because I thought it was so funny-I had Aiden, Keegan, and Logan as choices when I was pregnant, and we went with Logan too!

A name is something that is important in so many ways. Hopefully the child will like it and make sure not to come up with a name that his initals will spell something you don't want him to be called. My three boys are Alexander Neville both names after great grandfather and grandfather,Dean Lance something short and after grandfather,Ellis Douglas something different and after father. It is a hard decission but when you hear it will be right.good luck

My son's names are Forrest and Harrison. I met a boy recently whose name was Sage.  Both of my sons are the only boys in the school with thier name. I like that. I don't think we need any more Michaels, Jasons, Tylers, Joshs... you get the idea.  Hope this helps.

Do you have Irish in your family tree? Or whatever nationality you are, go with names like that, for instance, my nephew to be in may will be Seamus Patrick, my youngest is William Connor-Shea Hennessy... we loved the name Connor but wanted to name him after my grandfather -William-and loved the last name Shea after my mother n law

so we kinda tied it all together. You can always take a n law's maiden name and make it the first name or middle name too.

Good Luck!
