Im in my 17th weeks, shouldnt i start feeling my baby?

is this ur first baby? if so its common not to feel baby mom until 18- 20 weeks. i have a friend who is 20 weeks with her first baby and still has felt baby move. im 17 1/2 weeks and i feel baby move all the time but its my 2nd baby.

That depends on a lot of things. If it's your first pregnancy, you don't feel movement until later in the pregnancy often. If the placenta is at the front of the uterus (anterior) sometimes you can't feel movement at all. If you are overweight, it's also difficult to feel movement.
