My son just recently started sleeping through the night. When he awakes in the morning he's hungry so I feed him, change him, and all that good stuff... after all of that he acts like he is still hungry. He eats 6 ounces at every feeding. Is it possible that he would want more to eat in the a.m. because he slept all night? I don't wanna over feed and have a baby that's throwing up everywhere.

If he is acting hungry, feed him. As pp said, babies do not typically eat if they are not hungry. You are really lucky to have a baby who sleeps so well. I say if the trade-off for a good night's sleep is lots of daytime feedings...go for it!!

It could be that he just wants more food because he's hungry. I would up it to 8 oz and see if that satisfies him. 3 months is also a growth spurt phase so he may want more food for that reason as well. A baby will not overeat so no worries there.

3 months is a typical age to go through a growth spurt. Thats probably why hes eating more now. I wouldn't worry about over feeding him, as long as you take his cues and stop when hes full he'll be fine.

He's probably hitting a growth spurt they tend to start eating more a few days before one starts. I noticed with both my kids that they tended to eat more in the morning and as the day went by bottles spaced out further that may also be a reason.

Babies don't tend to overeat unless there's something medically wrong, and it's rare even then.
Around 2-3 months is when they hit their first growth spurts. Eating more is normal, as is sleeping through the night if you are so lucky as to have a little one that cooperates like that.
