Looking for some insight on this please!
Hubby & I had intercourse last night, & when he touched my cervix it was very painful, Baby is not head down, She is in a transverse lie so she's not pushing down on it.
Is this cause for concern a low cervix @ only 30 weeks?

It's very common for women to have internal swelling of the vaginal canal which can cause increase sensation (pain!) during pregnancy. In fact, it can occur at any time during pregnancy (which is why lots of women prefer preggo sex since it increases friction). Personally, I wouldnt worry unless you have any bleeding, etc although if your cervix is tender enough that you can feel it without sex I'd ask my OB.
As a side note, painful sex can also be indicative of sexual transmitted infections which can be very harmful to the baby. If there's any possibility of infection, I would also see the OB.
