Hello, I am 34 weeks pregnant and have been on and off bed rest for pre-term labor. I just went to the Dr and she told me I am 2cm dilated and 75% effaced. So they put me back in bed. Does this mean I can go into labor soon?

I think that I would. Nausea is a sign of your body getting to go into labor. Leg cramps are just part of pregnancy, but could be a sign to call your doctor since you are on bed rest. Sometimes people feel bad about calling there OB all the time, but that's what they are there for lol...Calling can't hurt anything, it will help to ease your mind

My sister is in the same situation as you are...She is even on medication to stop her contractions...They put her on bed rest to relieve stress and pressure so that it wouldn't help her labor more. If you are having contractions and are on pills most likely it could mean you could go into labor soon. When I was pregnant tho, I was 2cm dilated and 75% effaced for 3 weeks, so I guess it just depends on your body and when the baby thinks it wants to come.

I have started having cramps in my legs and have been quite nausea's starting last night. I thought maybe I'm getting a bug but I don't have a fever? I have been calling my OB about every symptom I've had (first pregnancy...I don't know whats suppose to happen) So I haven't call yet...should I?
