Would like to speak to mothers whose children are ADD/ADHD or you may be wondering if your child has tendencies toward that. OR even, mothers who have discovered that THEY are ADD/ADHD or you think you may have tendencies toward that. I realized I was in that group about 3/12 years ago - as I was trying to find info on it for my daugher. :) Would be interested in talking to you.

Take care and God Bless,

Deborah Mayo

Hi Deborah! I havn't been keeping up so good, and I need to work on my kids. They have doubled up on them ha! I really think I did it. I have two children that are adults. I have three grand-children that are adorable. However, I have custody of my daughter's girl, and she is 12. She was born wiithout a thyroid, and now we are experiencing a weight problems. But she is beautiful. We are having her checked by a Phyciatrist and a Phycologist concerning ADD. Now they did a test on her about a month ago, and she went to sleep right in the middle of it. At school, if someone makes a sound, a pencil drops, she is done focusing. One day she was taking a test, and all at once she got up, and started walking around the room looking around! The teachers love her, thank the Lord, but it isn't good behavior. However, she got a certificate that she got straight A's in citizenship this year. She is on some medicine now, and will be on some new when school starts. She was legally blind in her left eye, and we had surgery done to reattach her muscles to her eye. Again, they said if she doesn't ware her glasses 24/7, and something happens to her good eye, then she is done seeing. If you would like to talk more, look me up. I think I still have a page here, ha! Jacqueline Whittig
