I have heard of women having weak bladders after having a c-section but I had my son natural and ever since i had him I cant hold my pee as long and when i sneeze I dribble a little kinda sounds gross but does anyone else have this problem? My mom said she does the same thing ever since she had kids

Totally normal. You need to do your Kegal exercises to retone your pelvic floor muscles. A vaginal delivery following the bowling ball sitting on your pelvic floor has stretched those muscles out. The Kegal's will tone them back up. You can always talk to your doctor about this and if you need additional help, they can refer you to specialists in this. I would at least ask them how to do them properly and then you can do them at anytime. You can pass the info to your mom too.

Hope this helps.

haha Yes. I my son will be 2 next Monday and I still sometimes have a hard time holding my bladder haha I too dribble at times. My doctor just told me to work on those pc muscles.

I have had this happen with both my children, one was c-section the other natural. I believe you will have a weak bladder for a little while until everything heals and your Kegal muscles become stronger. If you feel the need you could always ask your doctor, but I found that just doing some basic Kegal exercises helped fix this problem very quickly.
