my sister works for an allergy specilist and he recommends them. it is worth tring. also if you have stuffed animals you can freeze them for a couple of days to kill the dust mites. humidifiers help my kids during the winter season putting moisture back in the air. if possibe get rid of the carpet in your house and use blinds not curtians. if child is allergic to mold use or buy only things in dark containers. Mold grows easier in clear containers due to the light ex. milk mayo and other items. use matterss and pillow cover in any bed the child sleeps on also. hopefully these suggestions help. Good luck and God bless.

This summer we found out that my daughter is allergic to the sun. She broke out in a rash all over when she was in the sun and when we brought her inside it would clear up. My doctor said there was 3 other cases that she had seen this year of the same thing. She told me to give my daughter 1/2 tsp of childrens zyrtec each day she will be outside. She thinks that the suns rays have gotten so strong that fair complected peoples skin can't take it.
Point is talk to your doc. And if that doc isn't helpful, try to find a new one. Hope this helps.
