Awh I hope so I remember when I was little and me and my younger brother and older sister yous to go for a walk down the street with my dad at about 6ish so it was just dark enough to enjoy the lights and we all loved it they were gorgeous I hope to do that for Audrina as well



And that is a really nice idea I love it that's so cute I might have to do that for Audrina that's doing to be such a special memorie for th to share with their kids.thats actually the cutest thing I've heard off,things like this are the trust meaning of christmas making memories with the ones you love :) ove love love that idea!!!!!!



Will be buying lots of lights and hunting for a special ornament tomorrow then!! Haha :D

Are you kidding me? She will love the twinkly lights. We are very sentimental about all of our ornaments. Thought I would share it with you cause you sound similar to me and wanting to make holidays as special as they can be.



Each year, we get 1 special ornament for each child. So when they are older, and have kids and families of their own, they can have all of their individual ornaments that represents them for each year. Then we get a family ornament representing that year for me and my husband to always keep. Even if they don't want them, we will keep them for our own special memories. We don't buy any other ornaments, and our tree looked fairly empty for the first couple of years but it fills up quick! We always get the random ornaments from people, but our special ones are the best. I also have quite a few ornaments from growing up, and I wanted to pass that on the sentiment to my kids.

Awh congratulations that's going to be such a amazing day getting to put all the lights up and decorate the house and just have family fun! It doesn't sound happy it sounds so lovely lol.Im sure your all going to have a awesome day!! That is great I am super excited about getting to put up the lights and decorate our house althought I don't think Audrina is as excited as I am lol it must be so fun having older kids that actually get the concept of Christmas more and know all about "Santa Claus" lol sounds like its going to be the best day!! Have tons of fun!

We are great. We just bought a house, after years of waiting, so I am extra exited about this Christmas. My son is 6 1/2, and my daughter is 2 1/2. I am so thrilled to decorate our very own home for Christmas this year. So thrilled they get to have a really nice place to be and wake up Christmas morning. My heart is so filled with joy. I know that sounds sappy. We owned a house years ago, when my son was born, but moved out and sold it shortly after. He has no memories of Christmas in a home. Just having it in an apartment. This will be my daughters first Christmas in any real home. I am just so thrilled, and so are they.

Thank you :) Im not going to plan anything big just a awesome day playing with presents and having a nice breakfast with her grandparents in the morning she will love it she's a happy baby all the time anyway she's going to best spoilt lol :) how are you and your children?

It will be an amazing day, cause she gets to spend it with her momma. Just relax. She doesn't need a big planned day. That would be more for you than for her. She will have a blast no matter what you do.

I suppose she won't really I never really thought of that lol,I feel so silly.That actually sounds like way more fun just playing with all her gifts at home in our pajamas eating christmas food all day :)

Thank you and I will believe me there will be millions of photos haha.I have a feeling that no matter what we do it will be a amazing day as its her first Christmas :)

Don't take this the wrong way, but she is 6 months old. She is not going to remember a thing about her first Christmas. The best way to make it special? Spend it with her, playing with all of her new presents. I would stay the hell away from anyone that makes you feel inferior because you are a single parent. Infact, that makes you a rock star!



Just enjoy your day with your daughter. Maybe go to a Christmas thing in your town, or just spend the day in front of your tree just playing, and eating yummy food. Enjoy your time, and take lots of pictures.
