Any ideas on the best way to potty train a 2 year old little boy?

Oh yes I know your problem very well.  My husband and I were strolling through BJ's Wholesale Club and we saw the "Peter Potty" Stand-up Urinal and we figured what the heck, couldn't hurt.  It is "WONDERFUL", he was done with in a couple months.  You can also buy it Walmart, although BJ's is cheaper.  It is free standing or can be wall mounted, it has a tray in the bottom that you dump when their done and a water compartment on top that allows them to flush the potty.  It's also recommended by Oprah, if that matters....lol.  Hope this helps.

We utilized the method used in the book, Toilet Training In Less Than A Day by Nathan Azrin. We were very very happy with the results and the other 4 friends I have who used this method also had a really great outcomes. It takes longer than a day, but by day #2 my kid definitely had the idea. Just don't start potty training until you are positive he's ready or it'll be a battle.

Try putting cherios in th toilet and teling him to aim to hit one!!
