Any mother's out there dealing with Ulcerative Colitis or Crohns Disease?

Im wanting to find other mother's who are dealing with one or the other disease. It be nice not to feel alone and just be able to have other mothers to discuss it with.

I don't have either disease and neither do my kids (thankfully), but my husband has Crohn's and it sucks. Fortunatelly, we're able to keep the flares to a minimum (only about once every other month or so, but more when he's stressed out or nervous about something), but it's still hard sometimes knowing there's nothing I can really do to help him :( I am just so grateful that none of our kids are showing symptoms (though we do have them tested and we keep on the lookout for the warning signs).

i have crohns but not having active symptoms - i had flare at 5 weeks pregnant - it was horrible pain for 2 weeks everytime i ate - i lost 10 lbs at that time but went away on it's own since I couldn't take anything - my child is 6 mths now and i haven't had problem since - i just keep taking my meds -
