Clearly in life there is no other method than love and logic, for all humans regardless of age, and I'm not talking about something you've read or advice given, just simply this is the only way all humans should live day to day. We under estimate children, speak to them not at them, clearly as you would any adult, for any human to frow they must have the fundamentals and love and logic is up there in these fundamentals, why would someone wait to be logical to a child at a later date....

A Love and Logic group would be great to toss ideas and suggestions off eachother that have read the books, use it or gone through a class. We just did a 3 day short course and in the past 3 weeks has helped a lot. I was also parenting the only way I knew how, which was yelling, lecturing, time out and some spanking. But mostly WAY to much yelling and frustration. Lets share ideas and problems.

That is good to know that as they get bigger it come automatically, I am still working on getting it right but my kids are really good kids and if they hear UH Oh they know to change their behavior without me saying anything else

I have used it in my classroom. Seems to work. It spills over to my home raising my children.

We have classes at our school that teach Love and Logic for parents who want to know more .I have used this when my kids were younger and now they tend to know what is coming and do it automatically .

The sad part is that a lot of parents don't know how to raise their children, I will admit I was one of them I yelled and was angry a lot because that is how I was raised and didn't know how to change it. Changes didn't come naturally to me So I had to learn and work hard to make those changes and the Love and Logic program helped with that. That is wonderful if you can do it naturally without a program but some of us can't, so this is a way to help those who can't. I was hoping to start a conversation with people who use it to help other who use it not to cause conflict. I agree that this is how we should live day to day sadly not everyone does but hopefully that can change

I heard that Total Transformation is good. We have a Christ centered home along with devotion ) devotion time family and personal. We also reference books on how to raise
our kids in a loving way.

What does that mean? Like is there really a way of raising kids called love and logic? Or do you think people don't raise their kids with love anymore? Not being rude, its just hard to detect sarcasm when its typed!
