Whenever I tried I never did, then with my second it just popped up a couple months after we gave up trying!! Hang in there, stay fit, stay healthy and try not to think about it.

stop trying and just let it happen on its own, or you can try researching ovulation online, it will give you tips to know the signs of your body because every women is different, some women dont feel like having sex when its the best time to conceive because they are ovulating and dont realize it.

Being super healthy works and taking evening primrose oil apparently thickens the mucous that helps conceive and having sex heaps hhaha

When my husband and I were ready to try for a baby we had sex the day my period stopped, then had sex every other day for the next 2 weeks...it worked for us! Good luck!

Let's see... I've heard the pillow thing works. Also, I did Kegels afterwords. The muscle pumping helps to shoot them in faster, lol. I also have a GREAT app on my iTouch that I record my menstrual cycle on and it gives me my fertile week. I got pregnant both times, with my daughter and my now pregnancy, using this. We had sex on my most fertile day and I did the Kegels:) Hope that helps. It took us a month and a half the first time, almost as soon as we thought about it this time.

thanks i don't like the pill.we tried for three years to get our first child because of the pill i think.but i'll have to try the pillow thing.

All I can say is don't try...or as my husband says use the pill. Out of 4 kids three were conceived on birth control (2 on pills and 1 IUD) sorry I can't tell you more. Oh with the first one I was off the pill and trying for 6 months before it happened. Good Luck!!!

I read somewhere that you can put a pillow under ur pelvic area raising it and it can help with getting pregnant...of course it depends on ur age, weight, etc. I was told its harder to get pregnant if ur overweight but I obviously proved that theory to b wrong!!!...They say that things like laptops, cell phnes in the pocket, tight underwear, age and even jacuzzis can interfere with his sperm count...Stay between 200-250 mgs of caffeine since it interferes with conception as well...If u have to use lube, avoid spermicidal lubes (of course) but also avoid commercially available water-based lubricants, such as Astroglide, KY Jelly, and Touch may inhibit sperm motility by 60% to 100% within 60 minutes of incubation. Canola oil, however, did not have the same effect.
The studies comparing lubricants have been published over the years in a variety of journals, including Human Reproduction and Fertility and Sterility.
Exposures to pesticide, especially agricultural pesticides, may harm both men and women's fertility, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine warns.
Exposure to some solvents and toxins -- including those used in printing businesses and dry cleaning establishments -- can adversely affect women's fertility.
