Just relax, eat healthy and it will happen when it's meant to.  We also tried sleeping with the curtains open to let the moonlight in.  (Not to give the neighbours a show) There is something about the full moon that enhances ovulation.

If it's been more than a year, both you and your husband should see specialists to rule out fertility issues.

Many of my friends had the same problem. They started using a product called Gynacare, which is an all natural product for the well being of all the women parts. They all within 2 months of taking it fell pregnant.

Good luck!!

Shuana,

I have struggled with getting pregnant in the past. This last time around I went off the pill and at the same time started a new healthier life style. I started using Shaklee health and wellness products. I wanted to lose some weight while hoping to get pregnant in the mean time. I started using Shaklee's Cinch weight management products along with their Vitalizer vitamins and supplement strip. I truly believe it is because I was giving my body what it needed that I was able to get pregnant this time around. I continued to use the products through out my pregnancy and continue to. If you would like more information on Shaklee products you can e-mail me at megan_richert@yahoo.com or you can check out the products for yourself at www.shaklee.net/richert.

I hope you find what works for you and that you are able to have a little one.

I was trying for 6 years before I got pregnant, we had all the tests and did not use any IVF or anything, just relax have lots of sex and enjoy each other. Don't let it stress you out too much. It will happen when your body is ready.

It's true. Relax! We tried for a year. When I lost 5 pounds, decided to try 1 last time or plan a different life, I got pregnant. Just when I thought it wouldn't happen.....if you have any weight to lose, try eating fewer calories for a while. Your body will look for something else to do! Good luck.

I too was in your position. A friend told me to get a puppy. Well, I am not sure if it was the puppy or having something else to focus on, but I was pregnant 2 months later. Good luck!!

hi there it took me and my husband about a year we thought it would never happen and then we went on holiday and i found out i was pregnant a couple of weeks after we came back so take a well earned holiday

There's an old tale about getting a puppy...sure enough we got one and two months later we were pregnant. The same thing happen to a friend of mine. Basically, stop trying and relax and let nature take it's course.

This is what I did and it worked after trying for 9 months.  Count 11 days from the last day of your menstrual cycle.  On the 12th day have sex everyday for 6 days.  I was skeptical when I heard this but it did work for me.

Good luck!

Try taking folic acid but at the same time get your partner to eat more bananas they have something in them to boost his sperm levels . . . i heard about it from my friend who was going for IVF

Hey there, well we got pregnant and I should of been pregnant a million times before!
I didn't think it was possible for me to have children.

We were not trying to have a baby. I started working out at the gym eating MORE very healthy food and having sex not because of the date and time within my cycle but because we felt frisky!! Yes you've heard it before... relax... enjoy rumpy pumpy, food, and keeping fit and unless there truly is a medical problem I can't see why you won't get pregnant!!!

What you eat can make a very big difference. If the body is not working efficiently and is deprived of nutrients to some capacity then fertility is the last thing your body will be putting energy into. It'll take at least 3 months of a very healthy no junk food diet for this to happen.

Good Luck!

I've found the the clear blue easy fertility monitor works great. You have to pee on a stick every morning and insert it into the monitor. It then tells you exactly when you are fertile.

Most people have no diffuculty in getting pregnant but others seem to be hopeless in the journey. It took me and my fiancee 7 months to get pregnant. I noticed once I changed my diet, relaxed on drinking, and basically live a healithier life, BAM i was pregnant, and of course try and relax....seems silly these tips but it worked for me.

Most people don't really know the details of menstration and that every women is different. Once you know how you work you can plan the timing to get pregnant. A woman is only fertile for about a 12 -24 hour time frame per month that you actually release an egg (some women don't release every month). The male sperm only live for about 24 - 48 hrs and female sperm live up to five days.

A really good book is "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler MPH. I only had to read the book and follow part of it. It worked so well I planned to have girls and had girls as well I knew I was pregnant before getting a test done.

Good Luck!

PS Talking to your doctor is also very good advice like Hilary suggested, and sould be done for information. I personally like to look at other options than taking drugs and doing elaberate tests first.

don't try that is the best way. Just have sex for fun, the more you think about it the harder it will be for you to get pregnant.

Well, I found out that when I lost weight, and stopped trying so hard, it happened! I was 26 with my first, and when he was 5, we started trying again- took 4 years! I was morbidly obese, and the gyn said that the estrogen was staying in the extra fat cells, so I wasn't cycling at all! I lost 43 lbs., and we went on a weekend getaway, and sure enough, when I stopped feeling stressed out about it, here we go!

Had an uneventful pergnancy, but was considered high-risk due to my age-(35). Kevin was born 9 days earlier than expected, but was fine!

Best of luck to you!

Stop trying!!!! Just have fun, usually when you don't look at it as a job it doesn't work out the way you want. It will happen when it is ment to be.

You should go see your OBGYN. I was diagnosed with PCOS ( polcystic ovary syndrome ) after a year of nothing happening and sporatic periods.
