This is my 3rd child, and I'm getting bad pains in my hip. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue, and how long it lasted for.

years ago I dislocated both of my hips.

After the birth of my children - They began to pop in & out of the joint. hurt like hell.

BUT - even when they were properly in the socket... yeah they hurt.. sucked too. made me want to not walk at all. Or stand.

eventually everything tightened up and the pain eased off.

my daughter is 5 and son is 11. i have had hip pains since my sons birth. they pop in and out of place all the time. I've found when i walk daily its not as bad. It's during the winter when I don't get out much that they get worse.

I had horrible pain after the birth of my daughter. I went to the chriopractor and learned my hips were out of alignment. AFter a couple of adjustments I was feeling much better!

Yes! I thought it was attributed to my bad back from before pregnancy, but it looks like I'm not alone, so it is more likely due to pregnacy/birth. I regularly go to a wonderful chiropractor and it has helped a lot. I highly recommend this kind of treatment.

I had pains where I had difficulty getting out of the bed every day! You may not want to get deep tissue right away then but definitely talk to the massage therapist about this problem. Getting a membership at Massage Envy helped alleviate the high cost of getting regular massages.

YES! Getting massages helped (every 2 weeks). Make sure you ask for deep tissue. That one helped the most.

I have hip plains from time to time along with back pains. My lil girl is a mnth old now, I think its only from moving too fast or doing too much around the house.

I had it after i had our first child. I needed an epidural, which was a waste becuas ei was pushing 15 minutes later and could still feel everything. i had horriable hip pain and i didn't think it would ever go away! He is now 2yrs and our daughter is 5 motnhs and there was no time for drugs with her delivery so i honestly think that helped me. My hips are better now but i also found that in between the births, my massage therapist helped A LOT. If you have nedical coverage see how much they cover and get a referal. And with 3 kids in the house who don'set need a good massage from time to time;)

Congrats on your 3rd little one!!
