years ago I dislocated both of my hips.
After the birth of my children - They began to pop in & out of the joint. hurt like hell.
BUT - even when they were properly in the socket... yeah they hurt.. sucked too. made me want to not walk at all. Or stand.
eventually everything tightened up and the pain eased off.

my daughter is 5 and son is 11. i have had hip pains since my sons birth. they pop in and out of place all the time. I've found when i walk daily its not as bad. It's during the winter when I don't get out much that they get worse.

Yes! I thought it was attributed to my bad back from before pregnancy, but it looks like I'm not alone, so it is more likely due to pregnacy/birth. I regularly go to a wonderful chiropractor and it has helped a lot. I highly recommend this kind of treatment.

I had pains where I had difficulty getting out of the bed every day! You may not want to get deep tissue right away then but definitely talk to the massage therapist about this problem. Getting a membership at Massage Envy helped alleviate the high cost of getting regular massages.

yup i had this before and after i had my son (one hip before and the other after). went to the chiropractor and he helped me alot! no more pain! took about 6 weeks of treatments but it was worth it. recommend going to one.

my daughter is almost 5 months old and i still have bad hip pains and back pains too. im not sure if its from the labor or what but its mainly my right hip that hurts the most. im still having the hip pain right now but its not everyday but its a few days or more every week that i get the pain.

I had it after i had our first child. I needed an epidural, which was a waste becuas ei was pushing 15 minutes later and could still feel everything. i had horriable hip pain and i didn't think it would ever go away! He is now 2yrs and our daughter is 5 motnhs and there was no time for drugs with her delivery so i honestly think that helped me. My hips are better now but i also found that in between the births, my massage therapist helped A LOT. If you have nedical coverage see how much they cover and get a referal. And with 3 kids in the house who don'set need a good massage from time to time;)
Congrats on your 3rd little one!!
