anyone else have bleeding in early pregnancy?

I am almost in tears cause like you and alot of other women, I'm concerned about the bleeding I am having during pregnancy=[

I 'm now in my 11th week & yesterday after a strained #2 in the potty I noticed a bit of (vagi) blood as i wiped & then today again after i went potty i seen blood but this time more & now i am cramping but it feels more like my uterus is full & tight and stretching, also the last few days i am having pains that shoot down into the outer vagi area but on one side only( T.M.I sorry!) & I'm assuming that it may have a lot to do with these little "LUMPS" on my cervix, I went into urgent care few weeks ago & had a lady Dr. do a pelvic exam & she used a speculum to look inside at my cervix & the doctor said the lumps on my cervix are side by side & she compared them to (T.M.I again!)

"Pimple like" & they are fluid filled, I need to make an appt with my gyno cause they specialize in this stuff and I dont know how accurate this doctor's diagnosis is!?1?!. these cervical Lumps concern me & even scared me outright at first until i did online research into these types of lumps and others & i thought they might be cancerous cause my Biological-mom had some removed back in the 70's that She claims were cancerous , how much truth there is tin the fact whether they were cancerous or not i dont know!

Its mainly because I dont have a relationship with her and pretty much everything she says cant be trusted because its either a lie or an exaggerated version of the truth. I would rather be asking my mom for advice but I dont have a mother so i rely on other women online, sad but i am hoping for the best here as I am new to this and am worried about rejection=[ I decided to give it a go cause of all the positive feedback other women have gotten!

WOWZA....LMAO yikes sorry i got side tracked!!! lol okay let me go back a tad to the urgent care doctor...

@ the doctors office I did tell her i had another cervical lump like these one's on the opposite side of my cervix from these a few weeks ago, but now its gone and these 2 appeared all the sudden, my point here is that with all the research online and thru doctors gyno & ob/gyn visits the last 20 years, having 4 kids including twins full term & personal exp I have with my body that these lumps are causing the bleeding????What is your educated opinion as to the bleeding cause???

i know when my cervix gets irritated that it makes my uterus crampy, & when i get pap done & they swab my cervix it makes my uterus crampy & mad and when i had my i.u.d replaced, both times it made my uterus crampy & mad,l! anywayz ladies sorry i just needed to take a chance & join the circle of women looking for advice & kinda vent my concerns & frustrations, and also to get some good'ol feedback cause i am uneasy cause of this bleeding(small clots to ) and cramping and also 12dpo back when i would have had my 1st period after we nookied, i had spotting with clots for 2 days but it seems that was implantation bleeding or hormonal imbalance or linked to these DARN lumps!?1?!?!?!?!?. well we shall see whats what with this and all i can do is wait the wait lol=[ any similar stories would be so appreciated and thank you all for reading and responding!!! I'm five weeks pregnant and had some light bleeding but after showering it stopped. I also have some cramping too. Hopefully it's nothing. I'll just take it easy from now on.

I have a history of miscarriages & with my last pregnancy i had bleeding from week 4 to week 14, had early ultrasounds and all was ok, the doctors discovered it was actually a bad internal thrush infection from being on lots of antibiotics for water infections which i always get during pregnancy & it was irritating my cervix & damaging my mucus plug making it bleed! all it took was some treatment & the rest if the pregnancy was smooth sailing, which is more than i can say for the birth!lol! now i have a beautiful 6 month old daughter!

i started bleeding at 10 weeks with a history of miscarrage . I had all the blood work done and i stopped after 5days.The doc could not explain why it happend but i am now 25 weeks and have been problem free since.

I had bleeding with both my children... Then my father decides to tell me now my kids are older his mother had periods all the way through all her four pregnancies. With my second baby I had heaps of cramps too not fun. He is now 8

i had bleeding for the first 3 months i was pregnant with my son, with the cramps. my son now is a healthy 2 year old. i wouldnt stress it to much as long as your baby is good you have nothing to worry about. my doctors were baffled by it also. just follow your doctors orders they are there to help you and keep you and your baby healthy

I had spotting at around 12 weeks with my daughter and they told me that it could have been necause the placenta was slightly over the cervix but by the time I had her it was on the top half of my uterus so all turned out fine.

for my first pregnancy with my daughter I have bleeding up to 16 weeks and was told that everything was fine once I found out I was pregnant. Everything ended up fine and she is now 3 years old. I am pregnant again with a son and I had period like bleeding up to 18 1/2 weeks. Because of this bleeding I didn't know I was pregnant, once I did find out I was pregnant I went to the doctors and was told I had a condition called placenta pervia (placenta covering the cervix) and that was why i was bleeding. Since then I have had no bleeding and am now 35 weeks pregnant.

I had a few bouts of bleeding from about 6 weeks to 10 weeks. Was told that I was miscarrying because my hormone levels dropped. I had a few scary weeks of constant worry but now have a beautiful 10 month old girl. Good luck and hang in there.

I had bleeding around 10 weeks. They told me that I had a blood clot and they put me on bed rest for about 2 weeks. It is very scary but you just try to stay as calm as you can. They put me on a med. to strangthen my uterus. My baby girl is almost ten months old now.

My friend had the same problem when she was about 10 weeks pregnant and they told her it was from the placenta detaching and reattaching from the uterus wall. She was on bed rest for 3 days when she had the bleeding and now she is 27 or 28 weeks pregnant and everything is going very well.

I had bleeding & cramping at about 5 weeks. The ultrasound showed the baby was fine.



The doctor said unless there are bloodclots it isn't serious. I had some rest and then my first day back at work......I had a massive bloodclot..I was very worried and went straight to the doctor. She checked me and found two more blood clots. But the baby was fine:-)



I stayed in hospital for a couple of days. And after that I had to have bed rest and relaxation



My lovely daughter will be one this week!!

I bled periodically throughout my first trimester. Since I had a miscarriage before, (I was 16, didn't know I was pregnant...probably only six to eight weeks), I had a few ultrasounds that showed my healthy baby. He is now six months old!

A friend of mine bled every month of her pregnancy. I was told over 20% of women bleed during their pregnancy, so it could be nothing. But talk to your doctor about every little thing!

I had the same thing when I was about 10 weeks and I went to the emergency room...here I was 19 yrs old and had no idea what was happenening they told me that it might have just been time for my period everything was okay with the baby...trust me take it easy stressing doesnt help you or your little one...and congrats

I had bleeding with both of my boy's during the 6th week. I was scared b/c I had had a miscarriage prior to my pregnancy's with both of the boy's. I did blood work and altrasounds and they were both fine. Just take it easy and listen to the dr.!

I had bleeding in the first few months, my baby was fine, they couldnt explain it either, it finally stopped. I was @ high risk but wasnt put on bed rest. Glad the baby is okay and good luck with everything:)

I had light bleeding very often within the first 4 months of my pregnancy. The Dr. just had me come in to do an ultrasound and everything turned out to be just fine. Eventually the bleeding stopped and my boys both were as healthy as could be when they were born. My Dr. told me it is actually pretty normal to bleed occasionally during pregnancy, but its still good to get it checked out.

I had light bleeding a few times through my last pregnancy. Baby was always fine and no reason was found. My son just turned 1 and he's just fine.

I had bleeding at about 8 weeks and then again at about 10 1/2 weeks. The latter one lasted for over two weeks and the doctors thought I was going to miscarry but when they checked my hormone levels and did an ultrasound it showed that my son was fine. I did end up not being able to do much at all. I was not put on bed rest since the doctor said that it didn't show that bed rest would help. The doctor also thought that I could have been pregnant with twins but that I lost one. They really don't know for sure. Please do what the doctor says and take care of yourself. Make sure to drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated as if you are dehydrated then you can go into premature labor.

I had bleeding even earlier than you had. I was told it oculd be a miscarriage by one doctor and totally normal by anohter. I bled like a normal cycle, but after that nothing and I have a heathly 17 year old to say that!

I had light bleeding with my daughter for about 6 weeks, if your baby is sitting low like in your lap, go and purchase you a maternity girdle I was threatening a miscarriage and my mom told me to go and purchase one and everything was ok.

I didn't have bleeding but I had active contractions and early labor problems once I hit about 16 weeks. Just follow your doctors orders and you'll be fine. It'll be a pain to be on bed rest you'll get bored real quick but it's for the best.
