Tylenol,Tempra, and i beleive at that age no more the 3 days with a unexplained fever so Doctor for sure if still there after 3 days....if fever is quite high i would see doctor sooner.....

You should take her to the doc's/pharmancy and they will direct you on the right amount of fever relief meds for her weight. Also DON'T put them in a cold bath or it can put them in shock. Lose cool clothing can help and a cool cloth on the forehead, but not too cold becuz again this can cause shock. But I would take her to the doc's just incase. Could be the start of teeth,

a cool wash rag sometimes helps just hold it on her for head.
