Do not eat all your points on junk as it can easily be done. Balanced, more fruits and veggies...exercise...more water

lots of fiber, and raw fruits and veggies, and of couse water. Allow yourself a treat once a week, like on Sundays. Total deprivation may make you lose traction!

yep ! Worked great ! lost 22 lbs in 10 weeks ! Make sure to add some exercise, it will boost your results even more. If you can go without using up your extra points, even better !

Make sure you track everything ! it helps to keep you accountable.

Get rid of the crap in your house you know you will eat if you know its there for the first little while until you have gained confidence in your eating habits.

Plan ahead, if you are eating out, hit up the restaurants website and plan what you are going to eat using the point tracker before you go. It will keep you from guessing at what the point value is.

keep lots of precut fruit and veg on hand for snacks.

now i just need to get my ass in gear and get back on it. Ive been bad since christmas LOL

its a good program ! works well if you work it well !

Go to the message boards. They are categorized by age groups, mothers, students, amount of weight to lose........ you name it. Lots of support there. I have been an on-line member (Canadian site) since January of '05. Love it!

Yes I am doing ww online for the second time. I love it! My advice to you is to read all the literature pertaining to the plan at least twice. This way you get a good understanding of how the plan works. Don't beat yourself up if you have a bad day just pick yourself up and dust yourself off and remember tomorrow is a new day. Best wishes to you. If need any more advice, have a question or just want someone to talk to you can send me a private message.
