My 3 month old seems to be teething, he has never "spiked" a fever but his cheeks get rosey and warm... should I still be giving baby Tylenol??? I don't want him to be on tylenol all the time :(

He pretty young to be teething. Does he seem uncomfortable? Because he probably really dosent need to be given anything. If he dosent have a fever he should befine. Rosey and warm is totally normal for his age because they cant regulate their body temperature and just holding him can make them red and rosey. I dont know if this helps u or not.
