Hi Christina..i am an independent consultant with Arbonne..I started by being a consumer and I absolutely love the products..So I share my experiences and just recommend them to friends and family..We do that all the time like recommending a restaurant or a movie..except we don't get a thank you check..Arbonne does!! The products are consumable so clients will reorder with you..You don't ahve to do parties and there is no stocking or products.
We are only in US ,Canada, Australia and UK..It is still at a ground floor opportunity..email for more information

Check this website out they can give you good ideas for working at home and they’ll give you legit websites for working at home. I've seen them in Good Morning America.
I've tried selling products and you make money but not enough to stop working full time. I guess it depends on the individual… and what you want to do.

I work from home as a freelance writer.....it doesn't pay as much as I'd like, but at least it is something. You can work for companies like About.com (hard to get in with), Demand Studios, Associated Content to name a few. In the past I worked for Mahalo, which is a search engine, creating search engine result pages. I am not sure how they work now, but I made really good money with them. I do a little work here and there for ChaCha, which is another type of search engine. It doesn't pay the most, but you can pay yourself whenever youd' like..which is always nice. If your interested in that, let me know and I can see about sending you an invite. I have also worked for LiveOps, which takes phone calls for most infomercials. It was a good job and I made good money, but you have to have a noise-free background and with 3 kids there just wasn't enough time in the day. HTH!

Hi Christina. I am a mom of two and I work full time as a mental Health Specialist for Head Start. I was looking for a way to create another income stream and eventually work frrom home entirely. A friend of mine introduced me to a company that allowed her to work from home. I'm so glad she did. It has been a wonderful experience for me personally and professionally. Plus, it will enable me to have more time and freedom to enjoy life w/ my family. I have no doubt it could do the same for you. There are so many businesses out there-some great some not. Having good support while you're building a business is important. Please consider contacting me...I'd be happy to share some info. about building a business, and what I've learned. I'd like to help you find what you're looking for. That's what my friend did for me!! My # 518-747-4646. My e-mail ashoreswashcohs@yahoo.com
I wish you good luck!!! Amber

I just thought I'd add my two cents for what it is worth. I work from home doing QA work for a company who transcribes medical documents. I work each morning from 7am till noon at the latest and have the flexibility to leave and take my son to school or things of that nature. If you aren't interested in your own company, there are always jobs out there such as typing medical documents and things of that nuture also.

I agree with everyone here- If you don't LOVE the product- it's going to be hard to sell it to others.

I have done Arbonne International- the products are expensive but good! I dont recommend it because I couldnt find clients that were willing to spend $90 on face lotion. I sell Avon now, but dont make any money with that either! I sell it now more for my own benefits of the products. Good luck and letme know if you find something!

Hi Christina, I work from home with a wellness company! I have also done other home based business's. I have done, Tupperware, Pampered Chef, and Avon. I didn't have any luck with those three...However they too are great companies, those just were not the perfect business for ME! I couldn't book parties! And I couldn't make the sales!
The wellness company has been very successful for me and many other's... It's a low cost start up, no sales, no inventory and no parties!
I would love to go over all the details with you, so you could decide for yourself if it's a business you would like to own!
Message me and we can schedual a time to talk over all the details. Or you can email me at gogrn2day@gmail.com.
Here's to your success in 2009 no matter what business you decide to own!

Hi. I started selling Pampered Chef when my daughter was born a year and a half ago. I think the key is that you have to sell something you are intersted in or really like. Everyone that sells stuff from home will tell you that their company is the ONLY one you can make money with. I think you just have to like the product and want to sell it. I love cooking so it is really easy to sell Pampered Chef products. I also love the appeal of getting out of the house one or two nights a week and getting to meet and hang out with other ladies. You don't have to be an expert cook or an amazing speaker to make it successful and make money. Plus, you get lots of awesome kitchen products to use in your own kitchen for free or discounted. The only thing I have found that I don't like is that Pampered Chef is not a conssumable product like Mary Kay where people run out and always need more. But I don't really like make up enough to be able to sell that. If you want to know more about it you can email me at stephaniethorp@hotmail.com and I can tell you about how I got started, or you can just check out the website at pamperedchef.com.

Hi Christina- I do Scentsy wickless candles, but have worked for many other comapnies such as Pampered chef, BeautiControl, Stampin Up, etc etc. Scentsy is the only one I have made real money with though since it's a newer company (4 years) and the market isn't saturated with consultants. I'd love to talk to you more about it- feel free to give me a call 815-828-5569 or check out my site- www.scentsy.com/nicoleb I have people on my team all over the place. You can sign up right on my site if you're interested. It's only $99 to start plus shipping and tax so it usually comes to around $118.00. Hope you find something great for you! If you want to know more of my experiences with the other companies I did and why I quit them just let me know!
