I weigh 178lbs. This is smaller than post pregnancy. Honestly, for me it's more about how I look than how much I weigh. While according to my doctor a 5.1 person is supposed to weigh 135- I gotta say I'm the fittest I've been in my life. I workout (my gym has a wonderful daycare thank god), my heart is good, my eating is OK and get as much sleep as my 4 yr old will allow. I seem to weigh 178 whether it's fat or muscle. I workout I'm leaner but 178. I stop working out, I'm fat and 178. But remarkably and thanks to plastic surgery, I have a flat stomach. The rest I've maintained purely with exercise. I don't think of myself as a looker, but perhaps a MILCO (Mom I'd Like To Check Out) So I'm happy with myself.

Well here goes, I am currently 175 lbs. 10 days ago before I started the HCG diet, I was 189. It is a very low calorie diet, that many may say is unhealthy (it isn't) and it's working for me. I was at a point where I was so disgusted with myself that I had to do something and the traditional methods weren't working for me. I'm not HAPPY with my weight and won't be until I reach my goal but I'm getting happier every day that I get on the scale. It's tough and it takes a lot of discipline on my part but so does any diet that requires you to cut your calories or a rigorous exercise routine. I want to be about 140 which would be about right for my 5'7" height. I was 115 and a size 0 when I got married but 3 kids later, I can tell you that those days are gone. If you want to track my progress you can go to www.thinmaggie.blogspot.com I think the key is finding a diet that works for you. There are only 3500 of them out on the internet and I think they're all valid. The HCG diet is the one that is working for me.

No I am not happy with my weight, but I am doing something about it. I use an online diet website - Sparkpeople.com. I track my calories, workout and I am eating healthier. I now weigh 162. My goal weight is 140 lbs. It's a journey not a race. It's a lifestyle change not a diet.

I am happy with my weight, I lost about 133lbs on the motivation diet in the last year. It took me years to get round to dieting but once you can get it into your brain that you are going to succeed, it becomes easy. My big challenge now is trying to keep it off. I am going to sign up for the maintenance plan for the year with the motivation clinic. Dr Laroque from Canada is the guy who promotes motivation.

Eat lots of fiber and protein, and most important, drink 8 glasses of water. If you want to speed up the process, drink Herbalife Healthy Shake. Low in calories and high in nutrition. It worked for me! Lost 10 kg in 12 weeks. Good luck!

I was about 125lbs before I had my daughter. I gained 50lbs over my pregnancy. Over the last 8 months I have lost all but the last ten pounds. Currently I am 135lbs. I can't do any type of calorie deficit since I am still breastfeeding. But I try to do crunches or a run, but with a long list of 'to do's it often gets put on the back burner. But I try to get most of my arrands done on foot, and skip the stroller and opt to sling it whenever I can.

120. I want to get back to my original weight. I had my daughter 4 mo ago I gained about 30lb..was 110 before I had her, but wish I was still breastfeeding, but she had trouble latching on & getting used to it & of course I had to go back to work. I only breastfed for a month if that, but I am trying to work out..I'd say I only worked out twice since I had her. I don't really watch what I eat, but I only need to lose 5-10lb. BUT I just want to get rid of my stretch marks tho :( that's the ONE thing that disgusts me!

Have you ever heard of the Moringa Oleifera tree? If not, google it, or look it up on Wikipedia.

I have been working with a product that contains Moringa in my Kinesionics practice. It is really a remarkable botanical. It contains 46 antioxidants, 32 anti-inflammatories, all 20 amino acids in a hypoallergenic form, a perfect blend of the omega 3/6/9 fatty acids and at least 90 verified nutrients in significant quantities. This tree has been used for famine relief and the treatment of malnutrition by the Peace Corps in third world countries.

So what does this have to do with being overweight? Many North Americans, while having an abundance of calories, suffer from malnutrition. This is one of the principle reasons why we overeat. We are constantly on the search for nutrients and as a result it is difficult for us to have our appetites satisfied.

Enter the Moringa with its dense nutritional profile. I recently spoke with a friend of mine who has lost 20 lbs in two weeks while using products containing this botanical. I too have been experiencing the benefits of this botanical and recently lost my "muffin" tops with no effort at all. It isn't unusual for me to push away at least half the food on my plate because when I reach the point of satiety, I no longer want to eat. The weight is dropping off and I couldn't be happier. And belive me, it wasn't easy to achieve. I gave birth to 12 children and losing the weight from all that childbearing was a challenge. If anyone wants to know more about what I am doing, feel free to contact me.

Well, here goes. Last July I was 256, today I am 198. I am happy because I'm losing weight, and feeling better about myself, and feel so much more in control of ME. I eat fresh fruits and veggies, stay away from soda, and sweets, and its working. I'm going to keep doing this until I reach my goal of 120, hopefully in time for my 20yr reunion.

I am 280 and I am happy with the person that I am. I have a great Man that loves me and will absolutely not let me put myself down. He tells me that other women dont hold a candle next to me. Dont know for sure what that means. But it makes me feel good. I know that I atleast dont look my age so that is a plus.

You see I was a lot bigger. Also comming from a long line of fatty's I feel pretty good about myself. I have 4 brothers. 2 are gone now. Both of them were a pretty good size. 600 and 400 lbs. I have 2 brothers left 500 and 250 lbs. So beings I was 450 at one point in my life, I am very thankful that I can say "yes I am happy to weigh 280 pounds" With a smile on my face. Take care all. I hope you get it figured out. Its not how much you weigh., Its how much you weigh in someones heart.

You will think I'm crazy but join the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team in Training program and train to run a marathon. I did this after weight gain after my second child and have become an endurance runner through this program and have maintained my pre-baby weight now for 3 years. Check it out at www.teamintraining.org. Most of the people who come out are first time runners and most do not have typical runner's bodies, so you will not feel out of place and the coaches will have you running distances you never thought possible.

I am anywhere between 142 and 146 pounds. I went on Weight Watchers a little over a year ago and actually lost about 10 to 15 pounds, but then I stopped it and got back into my old habits and gained most of it back again. I hate shopping for clothes as stuff is either way to big or way too small. They don't seem to make sizes for the "average size" I admit I am not huge, but I am not comfortable with my weight. I would prefer to lose about 10 pounds and keep it off. I am a medical transcriptionst, so I sit for most of the day and only get out walking when the weather is nice.

I am only about 5'2", so I am overweight for my height.

the number alone means nothing. It depends on how tall you are, your bone structure, etc. 150# on a 5'10" woman is very different than on a 5'2" woman. What matters more is how fit you are as measured not by the scale alone: heart health, nutritional value of the food you eat, muscle tone, cholesterol, blood pressure, etc.

Boobs never went down after boy was born lost almost a cup size with each girl so none of my old tops fit me. He is almost 3, I have tried everything, I walk for 30 a day on a treadmill do sit ups. scales moves a little but not enough. I am only a size 13 but would like scale to be lower.
