Ask a Question!while another dinner battle tonight something happened...while getting upset with Anjie2.5 for not wanting to eat again she looked at me and said shhhhhhhhhh mummy look Nana Mercy shhshhsh. what is strange is the my mother in law died in January this year...she then started to eat her dinner with no problems making simile faces in the air in the direction she said nan Mercy was..let me tell you i first was scared but then this calm came over me and we had the best night we have had in ages... after dinner i actually thanked Mercy for her help.....what do you think????

I think thats great...grandma is looking out for her and for you...I too have heard that babies/young children and elderlies do see spirits..

sayin that one of my friends grandads dies before he ever saw her, she was 5 weeks old at the time and she used to her him in the house they used to live in, and her son sees him to, i think its great tho if shes now eating for you.

Anjie has never been around Mercy only the times at the nursing home and she just slept most of the time..so she did not grow up with her at all...so not sure on the missing her bit but i hope she hangs around to help more....as i and her son miss her

hey i know a few people who have said their kids have seen dead grandparetns it aint happened to me and i think i would freak out about it but, from what you said it helped you out, maybe she just misses her. most kids grow out of it when their imagination stops running wild but it dont sound like its a problem at the moment. and you had a good dinner, must have felt good
