I have 3 children. My oldest is a boy & my youngest. My 3rd is by far the most difficult. He is in constant motion and gets into EVERYTHING! He does the same thing, whenever he does something he tells me, "I love it", and gives me hugs & kisses... VERY loveable but so destructive. His new found passion is drawing on the walls and cooking!

Hi my name is Megan. I have a 2 year old boy and a 4 year old girl. My little man is a mummys boy but is very much a boy. He loves everything that goes brum and loves sports. It is surprising how very different raising a boy is to raising a girl. Thanks for the invite!!

I have two boys on is 20 years and the other one is just 6mos. I have found that boys are a bit easier than the girls. Boys respect their mom's more than girls do. I'm 42 and found age can make a differance as well.

Hi Jennifer..I have a son who is almost 13 months, He is my first child. I have such a hard time changing his diaper. It is such a work out for me to change only one diaper. He struggles with me and turns so many time that i always have to have a second or some times third person to assist me to do this simple task. I do entertain him with his favorite toy or something to grab his att but again in the middle he gets board and starts the fighting to resist..i wanna know why he is doing it and how can i turn it around and make it a fun experience for him..

Hi there

I literally have this exact problem with my 17mth old son i even put a conversation up about it asking for advice.. Its like a major challenge trying to change him nothing seems to work when trying to make it a normal situation.. as soon as you try to start the process its like he becomes possessed or something..lol.x

hi jennifer,

My son Xander is coming up to his first birthday, but because he is from a leap year, it's not officially his birthday. (He was born 29 Feb 2008.) I kinda feel guilty sometimes, that he's not going to have a 'normal' welcome at school later, i'm just a bit worried that he'll get teased because of his birthday. I'm been silly maybe, but us mums do worry. Anyone else have a daughter of son born on 29Feb????? let me know

greetz to all

Giuliana- My husband is a pisces...and he's very difficult! His mom and I enjoy swapping stories about what a strong willed child he was/and now a strong willed husband! I can definitley see how your boy is probably difficult!! We have a 6 month old son who, luckily, was born in Septemeber as a virgo (my sign) and I think he's much more laid back like me...although time will only tell more, right? I mean, he's only 6 months old...

I'm the mom of a 21/2 year old who will be 3 in May. He is a sweet natured little boy but he is very bull headed. He is a sweetie always saying he loves me and is my best friend. But he has hit the terrible two's. Somedays his father and I don't know what to do with him. He runs to his room and screams until we come get him or to the kitchen and screams till be will go get him. It is a repeat cycle each day. We have found he is more calm one on one. But it makes it difficult to do things as a family. He is my whole life but the behavior somedays brings me to tears because all I do is yell somedays and when I go to bed and see his little face looking back at me I feel terrible.

We have started time out and it seems to work a little bit anyone have any suggestions to break the tantrum like behaviors? He is an only child right now!
