Baby Girl Name

Hi.. I have 5 daughters and for the first 4 I went with more traditional or common names because I have a really old name that noone else ever had and I've always disliked it (Erma). So with my last daughter, I wanted to go a little more unique since that seems to be the trend and I also had older daughters who were voicing opinions!! We chose Kamryn Grace and I'm really happy with it (my 17 yr old wishes it were her name). It's not so different that people look at you funny, but we've only met 2 others, one spelled the same. My second choice was Kenna, which I really liked but the older kids said it sounded too much like Kenya and they though that would be too odd. Anyway, I vote for KAMRYN - I've also seen Camryn, but I prefer the K. Good Luck!!

i liked names that were old fashioned but not often used anymore i.e. Grace, Evelyn, imogen but i also like names that are unusual like India, saffron, sienna, ruby, i have a boy and twin girls and they all have pretty uncommon names! Good luck

My 2 year olds name is Marisa Taylor (can also be spelled Marissa). My 3 month old is names Leah Kate (my mother-in-law picked her middle name). I thought Marisa was a little different without going overboard. Hope this help.

What about Ella-Sarah, Everly, Reagan, Macayla Mckenzie. I'm trying to go through my list that I had picked out when I was pregnant. I ended up having a boy and the list got put back into the pregnancy planner. :-) Good luck with picking out a name!!

My husband and I couldn't agree on a name for our 2nd child... so when we found out we were having twins it was really hectic... Luckily we found out we were having a boy and a girl.. Our 2nd daughters name is Madelynn Alise and our son is named after my dad and my father-in-law. His name is Jonathan Wayne...

Hi, If you wanted Daytona for a girl why not Dayton for a boy??

Go with a name you consider unique and then one he considers, or basically, you choose a name and he chooses a name.  Its funny how people in different places think a name is unique and what is common.  My hubby is from Denmark, and Jasper is quite common there, and here it is not, my fmaily htought it was weird.  Oh and MAdison, my friends 16 year old was the only girl I knew with that name, now I hear it everywhere! Same with my cousin Asia, now I hear it all over.  MY son SKylar, 16, very unusla in 1993 now it's common really.
