Thank you everyone for all of your baby name suggestions. I gave birth to my daughter on September 27, 2009 at 7:25 a.m. She was born 7 pounds and 5 ounces. Also, she was 18 inches long. I know you are all anticipating and waiting to hear what I named her, so here it goes. We named our little bundle of joy, Serenity Maxyne Wilson. Serenity meaning "peace, calm, tranquility, and it's a royal name; which means it has royalty behind it." Maxyne; which is really Maxine, is a source from Maxima or Max, a Latin name meaning "The greatest." Also, Maxyne (Maxine) was one of my grandmother's daughter's name. She passed away when she was just a baby. Her full name was Leler Maxyne (Maxine). My name is Leler; which comes from my deceased aunt and my great-grandmother (Leler Mae) who is deceased; as well. Therefore, I thought that Maxyne (Maxine) was not just a name that had such good meaning, but a name that has a symbolic/traditional family meaning; as well. So, thank you all for your comments and suggestions!

My daughter's name is Heatherly Amber. I have always LOVED the name Heather, but it is too plain & common. I just dressed it up a lil bit. My sister has 3 girls..Madyson Jade, Elizabeth Noel & Alexandria Rose.



I can't have any more children myself, but if I had another daughter...her name would have been Neviah (pronounced similar to Mariah) just don't know if I would have done Neviah Dawn or Neviah Renee.

I have neice who are named Carson ,Reagan,Kierra ,Cierra , Tierra (no not triplets) .. my daughter was suppose to be Allegra or Aleph (which is my name,it is the 1st letter of the Hebrew alphabet) If you are a religious person get out the Bible and see what you can find.

My youngest is Savannah . When we were stationed back east I fell in love with Georgia and Savannah was one of the most beautiful places I've seen.So I thought I'd name her after somewhere Beautiful,as she is Beautiful.

I am due in 1 week and having a little girl! It was very easy for us to come up with a girl name but coming up with a boy name on the other hand was SO hard-we couldn't agree on anything! We are naming our little princess Jaylynn "Bria" and having her go by her middle name. We LOVE the name Bria! We didn't wanna name her Bria Jaylynn cuz we didn't want her initials to be BJ :P haha We picked Bria even before we found out we were pregnant! Love to hear what you fonally decide to go with! I'm expecting soon and I'm still toying around with names. I really like the name Cyrin, Coelia (Co-lee-a), Isabella, Odinya (O-dine-ya, like a feminine form of Odin) and my name is Kierstyn (Keer-sten) which I like but I'm not vain enough to name my daughter after myself. :) I know my name is gaining in popularity but people always spell it either Kir or Kri which doesn't make the (eer) sound. :) Congrats on your 4th girl!!

I like your idea of using your middle name and your husband's middle name. It is unique!! My daughter was named after her grandmothers since she is the only girl on both sides. Elizabeth Gail. It was unique in our family. Good Luck

We've been reading about the pilgrims and i really like the names they gave their girls back then, like Patience, Blessing, Constance, Grace, Purity, etc. I don't know if that would fit what you're loking for, but after reading about how they lived and how they named their children I wonder if I would want to name my next child something like that if we were to have another one.

McKenzie for a girl is not very common. My 2nd is called this and my 1st is Caitlin. Good luck. A name will come to u all of a sudden and u will think that's it.
