My son is just over 6 months old now and has started slamming his head into everything, on purpose. He'll drop it on the floor over and over or into the hubby or my chest, etc... is this normal

If it i not a medical issue he is having it is most likely a good old fashion temper tantrum. If this is the case, and I know this sounds cruel, but you need to ignore it. He is craving negative attention and when you give it to him he thinks he is winning and will continue for as long as you recognize it like a game. When you ignore it, wait till he stops and then give him the attention he is seeking. He will (even at 6 months old) realize he does not have to throw a fit in order to get mommy's attention. Hope this helps.

yea, you can't always trust those things saying because he does this he'll... whatever. I heard somewhere that if ur kids walks before crawling supposed to mean dyslexia, what since does that make?

Hahahah - my daughter does this seal impression where her face and feet go up and down into her matress/rug over and over. It hilarious to watch. My father in law read somewhere that one in three kids do it. Apparently it can be an indication of autism - but my daughter makes too much eye contact to be autistic so Im not sure how accurate that information is.
