my 15 month old son is only saying a few words such as dada, a ta, me and my partner talk 2 him and sit with him reading books and showing flash cards and saying what they are. is this normal please help.

yh all babies develop at there own pace i heard boys take longer to talk than girls but i wouldnt be to worried just keep encouraging him he will soon get there if you have any real concerns or worries speak to your heath visitor.

my eldest son didn't really start "talking" until he was in Petite Section at school aged 2, you are doing the right thing talking to him reading etc it'll come when he's ready
