Blistery Rash

I just started giving my baby who just turned 1 whole milk! Last night was his first 6 oz bottle. He has had a total of 2- 6 oz bottles, 1 last night and 1 this am. After changing his am diaper he was fine, no rash whats so ever. He had a bowel movement later and I noticed a pretty bad rash. (he also does not have bowel movements this frequent) Then a few hrs later he had another bowel movement and this time had a blistery and terribly red diaper rash. Just horrible. Could this be caused by the whole milk I just started giving him? I'd like to mention, I added 3 oz of formula and 3 oz of whole milk in his bottle. I did call the Dr.s office to tell them of my concern but yet to hear back from them. On Tues he received a DTaP vaccine, but I do not believe that is the cause this horrible rash. Anyone with the same experience?

Could be from the milk. Hold off and see if the rash goes away. Vitamin E helps to soothe it too. Poor guy, that sounds painful!!
