I have a 19 month old daughter and she still wants a bottle of milk everytime she goes for a nap and at bedtime otherwise she wont go to sleep. How can i get her off the bottle at nap times and bedtmes.

Keep the behavior the same and switch to a sippy cup. So if you rock her rock her with that or read to her then do it with a sippy cup. Then get rid of it all together or switch to water. Having milk on her teeth before she goes down is not healthy on them as she falls asleep with that pooled in her mouth a bit. She may be upset but you just need to be firm. It will be one of many boundries you will set in her life.

Ive tried that but she wants to lay in bed with it and ive tried puttin water in her bottles but she just throws the bottles an screams till she gets milk

At 19 months you can tell her that the milk is bad for her teeth and give her water instead (perhaps in a sippy cup).
