My daughter is a picky breakfast eater, she will be 3 in December and all that she wants to eat for breakfast is breakfast meat! Any ideas please help!

I agree with JuLeah. If she's getting all food groups within the day, it's fine.
In case you are interested, my 2.5 year old eats this during the course of the day:
Breakfast: oatmeal or eggs and milk
Snack: fruit
Lunch:whole grain bread and ham or nuggets and juice
Snack: fruit
Supper: whatever we eat which includes a veggie and juice
She drinks water other times during the day.
Plus she gets a gummy vitamin during the day.

My son does not eat any breakfast so I just started giving him carnation instant breakfast it comes in Choc, Vanilla and Strawberry it has all of the nutrients they need w/protein and fiber. So they get a full breakfast without actually eating anything. Tastes like flavored milks.

While protein at breakfast is important if she were my child she would be eating other appropriate items as well. It is our job as parents to ensure that they know what are the right choices to make when it comes to eating and the only way they will learn that is if we insist they eat what we know to be best for them.

I'd not make food an issue.
It is what goes into her body over a 24 hour period that is important.
If she gets the needed veggies, fruit, grains .... it's all good
She will out grow this, might even hate breakfast meat one day. The foods my daughter loves can change by the hour
