According to kellymom (which is a great info site for BFing):

Freshly expressed milk:
Warm room 79°F / 25°C - 4-6 hours
Room temperature 66-72°F / 19-22°C - 10 hours
Insulated cooler / icepacks 60°F / 15°C - 24 hours
Refrigerated Milk (Store at back, away from door)
Refrigerator (fresh milk) 32-39°F / 0-4°C - 8 days
Refrigerator (thawed milk) 32-39°F / 0-4°C - 24 hours

So if it's freshly expressed, up to 8 days is fine. I think I've had mine in there for about 5 days before, with no problems at all. Just smell it, and make sure it hasn't gone sour for any reason, that's the biggest concern. Breastmilk is not like formula that needs to be used right after making it.

I read for only 24 hours. You have to keep it in the back of the fridge though, not in the door. Hope this helps.
