My ex-husband girlfriend was 37 1/2weeks pregnant. She went in the hospital in the morning and came at night. When she came home she told my ex that her baby died inside her. And when my ex asked her where is the body she said that the Doctor suck in the baby inside the vacuum. Is it possible what she was saying.

I'm not blaming the baby at all. I know that. That baby had nothing to do with it. I just thought that I need to know where is that baby because my family are broken now because my ex thought that he needs to be with that girl and the baby's lives because that girl have no family to help her and take care of her. And now that the baby is gone. I don't think. I would take him back in our lives. That's why? I need to know what could she probably did to her baby. Because I don't think my ex should be with her if she's hiding something from him.

The baby isn't the reason. The baby is an innocent 'bystander'. The kids are never to blame for the adults in their lives making stupid decisions. NONE of the children.
I am sorry for what you are going through though.

I wouldn't blame the baby. The baby didn't chose to be born. Put blame where it lays, and not an innocent baby. I feel sorry for it. :( And I agree with Dove. There would always be a death certificate.

That's what I was thinking... She probably gave up the baby for adoption. Who knows. She's a slut. My mom inlaw don't believed in her stories. I told my ex the doctor won't let her leave the same day they took that baby out of her. Even if that baby is dead. I am still wondering where that baby went because that baby is the reason why my kids have a broken family.

He's an idiot, but I guess it's his choice. At 37.5 weeks there WOULD be a death certificate.... 100% guaranteed.

I told him that but he wouldn't listen to me. He believe everything that girl told him. No body and no funeral and no dead certificate.

She wouldn't come home with the body, but would definitely be able to have a funeral for the baby if she wanted. If he is the father (or suspected father) and I were him I would be calling the hospital right now to find out exactly what happened.

Sounds a bit suss to me. If your ex-husband is the baby's father, then he should probably look into this a bit further.

Um no. At 37 1/2 weeks she should have been able to hold a funeral. Although you can opt to have the baby "thrown away" if you don't want the costs for the funeral. Is it possible that she gave the baby up for adoption? And I thought you had to be in the hospital for at least 24 hours after childbirth so they could evaluate you.
