Can a blood test be done on a 27 year old girl?

A father has been claiming that the girl who is 27 years old is not his, but was paying the maintenance complaining all along when the child was a minor. But now he has changed the tune that he is hers. several prophet has indicated that she is not his. How could one prrof this to know the trueth

Since she is an adult she would have to consent to getting a blood test to prove paternity. Does she want to know for sure? Or is it other people that want to know?
