Can I restore breast milk, if so for how long?

new guidline say fresh pumped milk can b out for 8 hrs refrigerated for 10 days or frozen for 6 months in a regular freezer to thaw it u can thaw the whole containeer in the fridge and keep it there for the 10 days if baby has started to drink it it is good for 2 hours

Yes, if you just pumped, you can leave it out for a while. I do that when I pump before taking my kids to the grandparents. That way it isn't quite so cold, and doesn't have to be heated up as much.

You cannot re-freeze it if that is what you are asking...

Restore? Do you mean leave it out, then refrigerate or freeze? If just pumped, yes, that is OK for an hour or so. If it has been frozen, then thawed, no, just throw away what doesn't get used. Fresh milk is OK out for an hour or two, refrigerated for a day or two, frozen milk for a month or two, but should be kept down in bottom of the freezer, away from the door.
