HI,

use expressed milk on  bubs cereal or whatever. (if you express and use, its sitll warm lol)

you can use both cows/EHM I wouldn't mix them they taste different. and if you're happy breast feeding theres no reason to stop is there?

EHM lasts in a normal freezer 3 months. and a deep freeze 6 months (oh i say this a million times a day at work). defrost it in room air or warm water. DON'T MICROWAVE IT or any milk you are giving a bub.      it kills essential nutrients. which you probably know already!

soy milk for bubs has been related to precoius (early onset) puberty (yeah i can't spell)

As you'Ve done great breast feeding for 11 months, why use formula?? (someone up there mentioned formula). breast milk s great for as long as you are hpapy with it.

If you see this, leave this form field blank.

No! I believe you CAN'T mix breast milk with cows milk! Babies aren't supposed to have cows milk until at least the age of One. They will develop an allergy to cows milk if you give it to them to early in life.

i know they cant have breastmilk til they are 1, but he has already tried it anyway as he has it with his weetbix of a morning(hes 11 mnths). thanks for ur reply.

I don't think so - but I've never tried. Depending on the age of bubs cows milk contains far too much salt for their little bodies anyway. The 2 flavours are too different as well - a girlfriend of my mine has a little girl who went from breast milk to soy milk - she spits out the cows milk - not allergic or anything like that its just that cows milk tastes too strange to her - Why do you want to mix anyway?
