child support question maybe someone could answer it for me

okay father doesn't have full rights or anything just pays child supports. but doesn't pay it half the time any aways since there is not limits to let him know where i am or his son because he doesn't care. i moved to south carolina from ohio case worker knows. but can i get in trouble for that or is it okay since the sperm donor doesn't have any rights or anything on him besides pay child support

If the court has not established a visitation schedule for the father, as far as I know, It is okay for you to move. You are required to notify the child support office of your new address and phone number immediately.
